Customer Reviews

"It was definitely a good stop for us on our way back to Omaha. We decided to stop in a small town to catch some local food and we are glad we stopped here. We were intrigued hearing there are garlic cheese balls here and they did not disappoint. The pork tenderloin sandwich has good crunch while still having a juicy tenderloin inside. The home fries are endless and we were asked if we wanted more but I couldn't fit it in. Sad, because the fries are so dang good and crispy. The patty melt was also good. Juicy beef, melty cheese, toasted marble rye. I'm waiting for the next trip we have to pass by. Those garlic cheese balls are calling."

"My favorite stop on the way out to California or on the way back. The burgers and patty melt are amazing. The beef is so incredibly fresh. My daughter had the best milkshake ever. I will stop in every time I pass by. Thank you!"

- Jack P.

"They offer well-made food and a reasonable price. I had their hawaiian burger (i forget the name) with the pineapple and ham on it. It was excellent. The fries were good too. This is the type of place that would make a happy memory for a family on a road trip along I-80."

- Jonathan Z.

"The kids ate everything. The Friday fish was amazing. Best fries east of the Missouri hands down. The loaded burger.... they warn you to use a fork.... it's a fair warning! We will be back."

- Dusty R.

"We stopped off here for dinner while driving through. The wait staff is very kind, and the food is good. The table fries were incredible and I inhaled a second plate of them. Haven't had such good fries in ages."

- Marie

"You have no reason not to stop. Right off the interstate! Went there tonight after a Spooky tour of the area. It has won the best burger and best tenderloin. Tonight we got both. And if that isn't enough, they have home made endless fries. And when they say endless, dang! It was all so good. Reasonable prices. The staff was great. We had aTina and she was wonderful! The restaurant and local school need more Tina's. We will stop in again when in the area. Again, thank you Tina for the experience and the cooks for the food. I may drive an hour from Des Moines for another burger soon."

- Angie S.

"Great menu variety-soup, salads, sandwiches, unique burgers, diner classics. Fresh. Perfectly cooked. Professional, super friendly servers. Very clean restaurant. Local. My chicken sandwich was homemade battered, juicy inside. Our group loved every food item! Bottomless homemade fries."
